how podz works end to end: who can open a migration, what holders sign, where the coins sit, what happens at the goal, what it costs, and three migrations already run on mainnet with every transaction linked.

migrations proven on mainnet

a contract can't move. so podz moves the holders: it sells the old coin for all of them at once and starts the same coin on pump.fun with everything raised.

old coin

on stonkfun, bonk, flap or pons

escrow

holders pledge; withdraw any time before the goal

the sale

on the coin's own market

pump.fun

same name, same ticker; holders claim

no goal by the deadline: every pledge goes back, nothing is sold.

›launchpads

four launchpads on three chains. each coin is sold where it already trades.

stonkfun· solana

sold on launchlab curve, or its cpmm pool after graduation

a non-sol quote becomes sol through jupiter after the sale

bonk.fun· solana

sold on launchlab curve, or its cpmm pool after graduation

coins created by a program, not a wallet, cannot migrate

flap· bnb chain

sold on the flap portal, on the curve or after graduation

coins taxed over 5% are refused

pons· robinhood chain

sold on its curve, or its uniswap v4 pool after graduation

eth-paired only; a creator tax over 5% is refused

›creators & holders

two short receipts: what each side does, start to finish.

the creator

the wallet the launchpad recorded

  1. 1.

    find the coin

paste its contract. podz reads the recorded creator, the holders, and what each goal would raise.

  2. 2.

    prove it is yours

sign the terms with that wallet. nothing is sent, nothing is paid.

  3. 3.

    set goal and deadline

10 to 90% of the eligible supply, 30 minutes to 14 days.

  4. 4.

    evm coins: a solana wallet

pump.fun pays creator fees on solana only, so you name one in what you sign.

  5. 5.

    share the page

you earn 90% of the new coin's creator fees, for good. podz earns 10%.

thank you for migrating

the holder

anyone who held at the snapshot

  1. 1.

    check the snapshot

you can pledge up to what you held when it opened. later buys do not count.

  2. 2.

    pledge

solana: one small transaction. bnb chain and robinhood: a plain token transfer, never an approval.

  3. 3.

    withdraw if you want

a signed message before the goal; podz sends it back and pays that fee.

  4. 4.

    claim

after the launch. evm holders name a solana wallet once, then claim with it. about 0.002 sol of rent.

  5. 5.

    your share

your pledge ÷ all pledges × the coins the first buy got. an estimate until the launch.

thank you for migrating

›at the goal

the pledge that meets the goal starts it. it all runs on podz's server; nobody signs anything.

  1. sell

the escrow sells every counted pledge on the coin's own market, with a floor price from a fresh quote.

  2. convert or bridge

a token-quoted solana coin is converted to sol with jupiter. on bnb chain and robinhood chain, relay bridges the proceeds to sol on solana.

  3. take 1%

the podz fee, once, from what the sale raised.

  4. launch

one solana transaction: create the coin on pump.fun, lock the creator fee split, and spend the rest as the first buy. the coin does not exist until it lands, so nobody buys ahead of the holders.

  5. open claims

the coins bought wait in the migration's launcher until each holder claims.

›the bill

everything a migration costs, and who pays it.

  • podz fee1% of the sale

taken once, before the first buy

  • new coin's creator fees90% creator · 10% podz

pump.fun's fee split, locked at the launch

  • launch reserve0.025 sol

the new coin's rent and the launch fees

  • the saletrading fee + impact

selling many coins at once moves the price

  • bridge, evm onlyabout 0.5%

relay's fee and swap to sol

  • your pledgenetwork fee

on solana, or gas on bnb chain and robinhood

  • your claimabout 0.002 sol

rent for your new coin's token account

podz holds the pledged coins

  • no smart contract of its own: each migration gets its own escrow wallet, its key stored encrypted and used only by podz's server.
  • coins leave an escrow only to be sold at the goal, or sent back to the wallet that pledged them.
  • every escrow and what it holds, read live from its chain, is on the escrows page; every pledge and every server transaction is on its migration's page.
  • the old coin falls when it migrates, because its liquidity moves into the new one.

›what you sign

short, on purpose. if a wallet ever shows you something outside the left column, stop.

you sign

  • solana pledge: a token transfer to the escrow and a memo, built and simulated by podz first
  • solana claim: your share moving to you; the launcher co-signs only that
  • evm pledge: a plain token transfer to the escrow
  • messages in readable fields (eip-712 on evm): opening, withdrawing, naming a solana wallet

podz never asks for

  • an approval or allowance (approve, increaseAllowance)
  • a permit, or approval for all
  • a signature over raw, unreadable data
  • a transaction your wallet sends on its own to an unknown program

›mainnet proof

before opening to anyone, podz ran every path on mainnet with coins and wallets of its own, and claimed at the end. each tape below is one migration, every step linked. (these test coins predate the rule that the new coin keeps the old name, so their names differ.)
